Disney World Day 2

I am recapping our Disney World trip...if you missed Day 1 you can read about it HERE ;)

Day 2 started off a little slower than normal...the guys had a 6:30 am tee time so the kids and I slept in a little bit. Day 1 was a long one so it was nice not to have to rush to get somewhere...They started playing Magnolia and ended the last nine playing the Palms.

While the dads were gone the kids and I explored the resort a little. The 2 other littles slept in a little longer (can't wait for the day, LOL) so we took a walk in our p.j.'s. Hoosier, I know....;/ Oh well- it was vacation!

Beach Club has AMAZING pools. When staying on property you can swim at most of the resorts even ones you aren't staying...except Beach Club. You have to be staying there to swim there. The pool has great slides and they have it set up like a real beach. There is even a sand bottom pool. It was so fun!! They have buckets and shovels for the kids to play as well.

This is one of the slides...the tube goes over the walkway...the dads and the kids all rode it lots of times the evening they swam. The left side is where you walk up the stairs and then you come out at the big pool on the far right side. I was nervous since Wyatt and Sloane haven't been swimming since last year. It was like riding a bike, even the 3 year old was swimming without her floaties. The lifeguard even complemented her on her swimming. #proudmommymoment

After exploring we went back to the room and began getting ready for the day. I was getting ready and turned around to see this...so sweet! They were just enjoying each other and the beautiful weather.

The dad's got back earlier than what we thought so we weren't all ready. I took the ones who were ready down to the "beach area" to play a little well...and for a photo shoot, who am I kidding!?!!? It was really windy but we got a few cute pictures.

Day 2 we headed to Hollywood. ABC Commissary was our first stop for lunch. Since we have the meal plan we get dessert every time we eat...thank goodness we walked every where! Dessert was always delicious. Because, well Disney...

Since we were enjoying Disney for the Bachelor finale we had to take a picture in front of the sign and send to all our Bachelor loving friends!!

After lunch we went to Watto's Grotto for a little Star Wars shopping. I am pretty sure every single person wanted to leave buying at least one thing...some of  them more than one. ;)

Sloane's face below...we all thought this was her excited face because she got to meet Chewy but she corrected us and said she was making the Chewy noise. LOL!

After meeting a few characters, lunch, and a little shopping we headed to the rides! Star Tours was first on the list! Sloane is a crazy roller coaster rider...she will RIDE anything! "The faster the better," she says. We also all rode Tower of Terror that day as well!

While the littles and dad's rode...we did a little more shopping on Hollywood Blvd. Thanks to Shelly and the purchase of the Disney Photo Pass we didn't have to take a camera and/or phone ANYWHERE! We took full advantage of the photo opportunities! It was sooooo nice!!! Another thing that was amazing was we would hardly have taken 2 steps away from the photo spot and the picture was already viewable on the My Disney Experience app. *AMAZING* The pictures that are taken on the rides were also included and uploaded very quick as well. I can't believe Disney has taken so long to do something this awesome but it's such a great and easy way to keep all your pictures together. The color and lighting is great too!

The evening of day 2 we enjoyed the O'hana dinner. We had done the character breakfast before but had never had the dinner. It didn't disappoint! It's served family style so the food doesn't stop coming. Steak, chicken, shrimp NONSTOP....Wyatt loves steak and shrimp so he was in heaven! The guys started their day at 5am again because of golf so by the late dinner time they were pretty tired. We had to wait for a few mins. and I was able to snap a picture of Mark's brother with the kids. #unclingatitsfinest #catnapbeforedinner

There were lots of fun activities going on before dinner. Sloane was the only one who wanted in on the action. ;) Go figure...LOL! She had to push the coconut around the restaurant with a broom. She had so much fun! We were able to get leis for the rest of the table! She was so excited!!

As you can tell everyone was a little tired after dinner we took a monorail ride for fun! It's obvious who thinks she owns the place...and that concludes day 2 ;)
