The hospital stay this time was so nice. Obviously our situation this time was a bit different but we tried to soak up every minute with our new little baby girl. I learned quickly with Wyatt that's it's perfectly fine to let the nurses take the baby at nighttime. That's what they are there for! They brought her to me each time it was time to nurse and other than that I slept through the night. Mark has boards the upcoming weekend so unfortunately he was back and forth to school A LOT! It was a bummer not having him there but I handled it. Ha! We had an Expedite trip scheduled for the following week so I kept busy with work. (LOL, we never stop) Mark and I decided before Sloane came we would have just immediate family at the hospital until after Sloane was here. When we were ready we gave the "green light!" During the day while Mark was gone we stayed busy with visitors.

We are so blessed with such great family and friends! Sloane entered the world on a Tuesday night and we were sent home before lunch on Saturday morning. It was the perfect amount of time but we were for sure ready to begin our "new normal."

I love all of her hair! ADORABLE! I'm so glad you had a good stay. In Springfield they started a new "Rooming In" rule and the nursery wasn't allowed. I also wasn't allowed to hold her while I slept. I had a C-Section on Wednesday and less than 48 hours later I was released and we went home. It was awful.
